The studio needs these integrations before people can sign up and edit:

• NEXT_PUBLIC_CLERK_PUBLISHABLE_KEY / CLERK_SECRET_KEY (Clerk)

Accept the Marketplace terms for Clerk and Stripe, re-run vercel integration add clerk and vercel integration add stripe, then vercel env pull .env.local and restart.
